I have completed my order, how long until my watch is dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, in most case, we can dispatch your watch the very same day providing your order is placed by 3pm.

If your order is placed after 3pm, we will dispatch your order by 10am the very next day.​

Please note: We're located in Scotland (United Kingdom) and adhere to our own time zones when arranging dispatch.

Are all dispatched orders tracked & insured?

Yes, all of our watches are fully insured and tracked during transit. The watch is our responsibility until it successfully reached the customer and must be signed for. All customers receiving orders from us will be required to show at least on form of ID before the courier cam hand over your delivery.

Tracking numbers are issued to all customers via email, your tracking number can be found within "current orders" section within the BITLUX client portal.

Does BITLUX accept returns?

We believe in full transparency with every sale, that's why we offer a 14 day returns window. We ask that your item/watches is in the exact same condition and with the original box/packaging and papers.

We also record and take photos of any watches before they're dispatched. All photos taken before the dispatch of your watch can be found within your client portal, select "Dispatch Gallery" to see all photos and inspection reports prior to the dispatch of your order.

The watch I want has been sold, how often does BITLUX restock?

Our luxury watch collection is limited and in some cases, we don't list the same time pieces due to rarity. We operate on a strict first come, first serve basis so if you have your eye on a particular time piece within our collection, grab it before its gone.

Can I pay a deposit to reserve a watch that I want?

In some cases, we may be able to take a deposit to reserve an order. The minimum deposit required is 40% of watch value.

All deposits to reserve a watch are full refundable should you no longer wish to commit to the order.

We allow a maximum of 14 days to reserve a watch, should the 14 days pass with no commitment, we will automatically refund the deposit paid.

Which payment methods does BITLUX ACCEPT?

We accept crypto payments and bank transfers for all orders online.

We do not accept credit/debit card payments due to our recent transition to Coinbase Commerce to allow payments using crypto currencies.

As our watches can only be purchaed via crypto, we will refund the full amount back in either BTC, ETH, XRP or USDT. We will reach out via email to confirm your currency choice.
